The CASA. Care Package at your new door — flowers, something chilled to toast the new place, or coffee and pastries the next morning — and a Polaroid at the threshold. A little welcome, before the boxes are opened.

Before a single box is carried, your crew hands you the CASA. Care Package: fresh flowers, a handwritten card from the team, and your choice of chilled Prosecco, a beautiful alcohol-free alternative, or coffee and pastries for the first morning in your new home.

And if something ever goes wrong, we don't go quiet — we own it on the spot, call you within thirty minutes, and agree a written plan to put it right within 48 hours. You choose the outcome. That's in writing too.
